Little kids love yoga too! Perfect for kids age 3 to 6 years, Yoga Play Time lets your child have tons of fun while
improving flexibility and learning important relaxation and conscious breathing techniques. Along with creative movement and kid-friendly yoga poses, we read age-appropriate stories, sing songs, and play different games to stimulate your child’s imagination and creativity.
Pretzel Yoga
Children age 7 to 10 really look forward to this class, where the fun keeps going with a focus on creative movement and conscious breathing. An exciting mix of yoga, games, cooperative partner and group poses, introduction to meditative and relaxation techniques. we foster strength, creativity, focus, cooperation, and confidence, giving kids the tools for a happy, healthy, and balanced life.
Cool Kids Yoga
What happens in Cool Kids Yoga is incredible. In a safe environment where self-confidence is nurtured, kids age 11 to 15 practice age-appropriate yoga sequences, often in partners or groups, gaining balance, better concentration skills, awareness and control. Muscle strength and flexibility are improved, and kids learn conscious breathing and visualizaton techniques that they can use every day to maintain inner balance and focus in school, sports, at home, with peers and more.
Adapted Yoga For Children With Special Intentions
You will learn age-appropriate yoga poses to release energy, develop strength, coordination, concentration and self-confidence.You will participate in games and activities that develop patience and other social/emotional skills, and learn relaxation techniques to calm the body and mind. Adapted yoga classes are taught in a non-competitive manner with emphasis on harmony and optimal effort. During each class students will practice simple breathing techniques to reduce anxiety, develop self-control and connect kids with their feelings.
Private Classes
Private classes are ideal for family yoga. Private classes are designed specifically for your individual needs.

Adapted Yoga For Families With Children of Special Intentions

Kundalini Yoga For Adults
Kundalini yoga classes based on Yogi Bhajan’s teaching use breath, movement, mantra, and meditation to heal the mind, body, and spirit. Each class consists of a kriya which is a series of postures taught in sequence to produce a desired effect. Teachers choose from thousands of kriyas designed to help students deepen their awareness, connect with their creative energy, open the heart, stimulate the immune, glandular and nervous system, and balance the chakras. Classes are open to students at all levels of experience.
Mommy & Baby
Bring your baby to a fun, supportive class where you can get back into your body and work out the kinks. The class includes simple poses that increase flexibility, strength, and stamina. Gentle challenging workout with emphasis on relaxation, breath and bond with your baby.
Foundations- Gentle Yoga for Adults
Explore basic poses using alignment and breath in a safe, supportive environment. An introductory class for beginners or a refresher for regular practitioners. Different postures will be emphasized each class.
