Start in Hero Pose.
Breathe out and lower your back to the floor.
Try not to arch your back.
Draw your feet out to the sides, heels up toward the ceiling, resting gently against your sides.
Let your arms to fall out to the sides, palms facing up.
Keep the pose for as long as you are comfortable. You can start with ten breaths. Work your way up to longer.
