Breathe out as you jump your feet apart as wide as you can.

Stretch your arms out to your sides.

Slide your right foot out at a 90 degree angle.

Bend at your hip and lower your right arm to your right foot.

Raise your left arm and look in the same direction.

Stand up straight and repeat on the left side.

Duration:
Start with 7 – 10 breaths and slowly increase it to 15-20 breaths.
