Kneel on the floor on your knees, your legs tucked behind you.
Sit back between your heels, allowing your butt to rest on the floor between your legs.
Keep your back straight like a board.
Lay your hands on your thighs.
Hold this pose for 5 – 10 seconds before lowering to your knees. Repeat 5 times. Start by holding the pose for 1 minute and steadily try to work your way up to 5 minutes.
