Dhyana (Meditation Pose)

Start in Easy Pose.

Close your eyes until they are only open a slit.

Look just past the end of your nose.

Cross your hands over your belly button and relax, breathing in and out slowly.

Duration:
Stay in this pose for 2 – 5 minutes. For younger kids start with 1 min and steadily increase the time.
