Yoga for kidsBalasana (Child’s Pose)

Sit on your heels, breathing normally.

Bend forward slowly, allowing your forehead to rest on the mat or turning your head to a comfortable side.

Your arms may be outstretched in front of you, or they may be relaxed with hands near your feet, palms facing the ceiling.

Continue to breathe regularly and relax.

Duration:
Keep the pose for as long as you are comfortable.
