Who We Are:
The mission of The Yoga Kids programs is to offer classes and workshops that inspire both students and educators, conveniently delivered online and on-site in classroom settings throughout the GTA. Our programs promote body awareness, physical fitness, improved academic achievement, emotional intelligence and stress management. We foster strength, creativity, focus, cooperation, and confidence for a happy, healthy and balanced life.

We foster a peaceful classroom environment where students can learn how mindfulness and yoga exercises can be used as tools to sharpen mental focus and self-control. Our hope is that children will become more conscious of their physical, emotional, and spiritual health, and that they will develop healthy habits and maintain that awareness through their lives.
Our programs are not only designed to transform the lives of individual students, but can also have a dramatic positive impact on a school’s learning environment and culture.
